I used Practive several months ago. I really liked it and was going to be a continued customer but never received my second shipment. I called several times and finally was told it was out of stock and my order was on backorder.
It was going to end up being about 6 weeks without any product. I felt they had terrible customer service. I hope you have better luck with them than I did.
