Default Help please...so worried.

I had this all typed up and it disappeared when I tried to post..Forgive me if this is a duplicate.

My Yorkie, Mickey, is 1 year, 3 mos. old. He has been a very healthy, happy dog, up until this past Tuesday. He truly has never been sick in the year that we've had him. He never has thrown up or had diarrhea. He is the 6th Yorkie I've owned in my life time, and he is by far the healthiest.

Anyway, on Tuesday, he was acting a little different. He still went on a walk, ate, etc, but seemed more tired than usual. At 11 pm, he started vomiting, and threw up about 5-6 times in an hour. He threw up his food and a white substance... I suspect now that he got into pancakes, which were left on the coffee table...He never eats people food.

Through the night on Tuesday and on Wednesday and Thursday, he vomited yellow bile. Not much, just occasionally. He didn't seem sick though. He continued to eat his food, play, and his BMs were completely normal. When he was still vomiting through the night on Thursday, I called the vet. we went in on Friday morning.

Just before I left for the appt. he had his first bout of watery diarrhea. I took a sample to the vet.

They found nothing wrong. She did x-rays, which were completely normal. She showed them to me and went into a lengthy explanation of them, showing me that there was no blockage, everything looked normal, etc. She also checked the sample, took his temperature, looked at his eyes, throat, etc. She pushed on his tummy and said that he had no sign of pancreatitis...that his stomach would be sensitive to the touch.

She gave me an antibiotic and an antacid for him. Her thoughts were that he got into the pancakes and they made him sick...and now he has a lot of stomach acid.

He threw up a little yesterday and continued to have the diarrhea, which could have had a little blood in it. Last night, he slept all night and didn't have any vomiting and diarrhea--and I thought he was getting better, but he's not.

Today he has been very lethargic. He has drank a good bit of water twice, and ate about a tablespoon of boiled rice. He has had diarrhea twice this afternoon and has vomited twice, with a little rice in it.

Does this sound like a common Yorkie ailment? What should my next step be? My husband and I will take him to the Emergency Vet clinic tomorrow if this hasn't gotten better. Any advice for right now? We are so upset....
