Every little thing that they wrote in her file, any x-rays that were taken, list of prescriptions, etc... so that you have every detail of Maddie's medical life from that vet (you might want to get the other fur kids records too while your there just in case). Also get the records from the new vet you took her to yesterday so you have proof of that. If they didn't give you a invoice with everything the vet did plus meds prescribed ask for that too. i know they didn't charge you but they can put everything in and then discount it so the balance is $0.
