Gabby is beautiful. Her aversion to brushing will make any kind of grooming difficult and potentially dangerous in the case of trimming/shaving. You need to train her to accept grooming.

Start working with your little girl every day holding her and touching her all over. Give her a massage. Make it an enjoyable and bonding experience. Do this when she is drained of energy after a walk or play session. Make sure you are calm and confident when you train and groom. Be patient. Start with short sessions and gradually increase the time.

Introduce the grooming tools and let her sniff them, but don't let her bite them. Make sure you aren't tugging on her skin. Hold a section of hair in one hand and start brushing the ends of the hair shaft, moving up a little with each stroke if you don't hit any snags. Carefully pick apart tangles and mats with your fingers first.

Hope some of this helps.
