Roxie's hair is getting really long, and I couldn't get a grooming appointment until next weekend. Yesterday she pooed and it got all stuck in her hair. It was a really gross mess. I gave her a bath, and then decided to trim the hair around her butt with the electric clippers. I think I may have hurt her. She has been skidding around the carpet on her butt periodically, and when she sits down she looks like she is in pain. Her butt looks a little red, but it wasn't bleeding or anything. Should I put something on it, like Neosporin, or just leave it be? I'm also afraid she won't poop if her butt hurts.
