Mine too, and believe me they would not be sleeping with me if they had worms that they were transmitting to their puppies.
When I look for a puppy and they tell me they have wormed it 5 times, I say No thanks. first I do not want a puppy that was raised in an environment here it needed to be wormed, second I do not want one that has been fed pesticides, putting it at risk for cancer.
Most non breeders, do not understand about the deworming and vaccinating, so you can tell them that all the vaccinating and deworming is a good thing and they believe it.
But educated, well informed breeders no longer believe that it is a good thing. There are way too many dogs with severe allergies, dogs having seizures, and dogs getting cancer.
