D: Who in their right mind would sign their own name to a fraudulent document? If a person were going to forge titles, do you really think that person would sign their own name to them. (except ofcourse if you are DP), but that's another story.........

The BTCA were given permission to issue National and International titles by the UCI. There is nothing fraudulent in that. People showing with the IABCA show venue were given orange cards giving them the right to receive a title.
