I agree with RDB911, the problem is probably nerves, anxiety about being left alone.
Another possibility is that your pups thinks if she poops, it will bring mommy back.
I brought my second Yorkie, Teddy, home when he was almost 8 months and he did the same thing -- he would poop minutes after being left alone. It was either anxiety or he thought it would bring me back, or both.
He is pad trained, so it wasn't a big deal, except my older boy would get upset that no one was around to take care of the poopies right away.
I think it took about 3 - 4 weeks until Teddy stopped. Maturing and gaining weight helped, in addition to settling into his new life in his new home.
The only thing I can suggest is putting your pup in her crate and pretend to leave 15 -20 minutes before you really need to leave the house and check to see if she poops. |
