Subject: IABCA and Int'l Dog Shows: Fraudulent National Title Diploms

Note: Only International All Breed Canine Association National Titles signed Gayle Pruett and/or Myrna Torres are affected by this problem so far.

Warning to All Biewer Breeders and Owners:

It has recently been brought to our attention by several Biewer owners that there are some “National” Titles issued to Biewer owners that contain false information. It appears there are some National titles issued to Dogs under the heading of International All Breed Canine Association of America, having the Logo of International All Breed Canine Association of America (IABCA) and the UCI logo. The problem is that it appears the titles are signed listing Gayle Pruett as the President of IABCA and Myrna Torres as Secretary of IABCA. This is incorrect and people getting such titles have been misled. In fact, neither woman has ever worked for IABCA, nor have they ever been an officer of IABCA. Therefore any National Title with International All Breed Canine Association of America heading that is signed with the two above mentioned women are not valid titles. Again, to identify these titles make sure the top of the title states International All Breed Canine Assoc. of America and carries the IABCA logo, and is signed naming either person (Gayle or Myrna) as IABCA President and/or Secretary.

There appears to be an additional problem with some of these titles. They seem to have also been issued incorrectly. It appears that puppies have been issued the adult National IABCA title. Puppies cannot be issued the adult titles. There are puppy National titles that are issued corresponding to their age at time of earning said title. The puppy titles clearly state National Baby; or National Jungsten; or National Jugend and National Junghund. Not just the word National Title Diplom. If your National Title from IABCA is signed by Jeff Bridegum as President and Brooke Bridegum as Secretary there is no problem. These titles are valid.

Investigation:
We at the IABCA are investigating the problem and what actions need to be taken. We need to know if there are others involved in the issuing of these false and incorrect titles. If you have any information regarding this matter we would appreciate your contacting the IABCA either by email (by replying to this letter) or by phone to Deb Bridegum at (503) 580-1838.

Solution: We do not want our exhibitors to be left holding an invalid title. If you hold one of these problematic National Titles wrongfully issued from someone other than IABCA, signed by Gayle Pruett and/or Myrna, IABCA intends to help you correct this problem.

Replacement of fraudulent titles:
IABCA will help you correct the problem title. You will need to send the original false title to us at IABCA:

IABCA
4742 Liberty Rd. S #159

Salem, Oregon 97302
.

You will also need to send $10.00 to have your title replaced. (You need to keep a copy of the incorrect title for further actions, you must send us the original.) We will then issue valid and correct National Titles and the appropriate National Puppy Titles.

We hope that the wronged exhibitors are able to receive a refund from those that issued the invalid IABCA National Titles. If you wish a letter from IABCA stating your title was wrongly issued we will be happy to provide one once we receive the original invalid National Title signed Gayle Pruett and/or Myrna Torres.

NOTE: This E-mail was sent to current members showing at IABCA. If you are showing, or know someone who might not now be showing please advise them of this problem.

Thank you.
House of Wags? I am a paying member of IABCA and ARBA...I have been sent had no such emails.......I will email them and forward this email to have posted here??? asking what is going on??? I also cannot understand how IABCA conduct their business??? on a public internet CHAT Forum...how unprofessional....looks to me like there is some people here causing unneccessary mischief...and no I will not be replying to any answers of my annalysis on this thread, as I am not interested in idol maliscous gossip by the usual Parti people. Who in their own struggles to get their beautiful little dogs recognised in the SHOW ARENA seem to take great pleasure in trying to tarnish another clubs reputation. How very very very very sad!
Parti Yorkie's are NOT pure bred Yorkshire Terriers, I do not care that AKC have issued them pedigree papers! I DO NOT ACTUALLY CARE FOR PEDIGREE PAPERS AT ALL. we have been down that discussion on other forums..... there are NO pure bred Yorkhire Terriers with BLACK & WHITE saddles on their backs! They are not a miraculous conception from either the Nikko's Kennels or Heir Biewer! end of! Why else would the YTCA exclude them from the show ring! please! out of sheer spite (no,no)....grow up people..... there's a war going on out there....humans are being killed every day! LOVE your dogs.....do all you can for your dogs! breed them correctly and humanely for all the right reasons...but what you are doing to certain people on the forum is disgraceful...bullying and worse! (You should be very ashamed of yourselves) IABCA also need looking into (bet they are making a nice little living out of their Shows and Certificates money and fees $$$$$ too ummmmmmmmmmmm)....as regards how they conduct their business...but as usual with everything..as I have said before "It's all about the money honey" and that goes for AKC/IABCA/IBC/UCI/ etc etc etc........

Oh well enough said.....Regards to my friends on this forum...I have been unwell and simply have not had the energy for the continuous back stabbing I have recieved on this forum site from the day I first became a member...remember Deb? regards to you all.....peace, love & cuddles x
