It's not too much to do at once. They will be monitoring her and dogs are fine under anesthesia even for long periods as long as they stay stable. Obviously the longer they are under, the more chance for something to happen, but generally it is fine.
And I'd also wonder why they are being removed? Are they getting caught on things?
