if he's gonna do the back ones why can't he do the fronts as well? i'd either have them all done or none done. tell him its breed standard to not have any dew claws and if he's going to remove the backs then he needs to remove the fronts.
do her dew claws get caught on things? why are you wanting to remove them now? if they aren't causing problems i'd just leave them alone. Morgan has one front dew that grew back. apparently it wasn't removed properly by the breeder.
