My neighbour told me the funny tale of a friend who bought a little teacup Yorkie to keep their beagle company. They ended up with a coffee pot yorkie instead.
Just remember, smaller dogs have greater health issues, there really isn't such a thing as a teacup Yorkie. The standard for a Yorkie, from what I researched prior to getting Teegy, can range from 5-7 pounds, but also like my friends Murphy can be a larger variety, he's around 12 pounds. Murphy and Teegy played for hours together, it was like a massive moving furball.
Yorkies have the best personalities I've ever seen in a dog and carry a lot of humanlike behaviours. Which I guess is why folks like to put them in clothes and prams. I am the happiest person in the world. This morning Teegy tried to wake my with the usual squeak and licking of the eyeballs. When I grumbled and rolled over he snuck up behind my pillow and pounced on my head, hahahaha. |
