Mine sleep with me. A few accidents at first but quickly got the hint that peeing in my bed was not acceptable.
Even when I workk night shift, they come to bed with me during the day and will sleep from about 8am until the afternoon before they wake me , barking and running around the bed tells me they can't wait any longer.
