That's all I can say, is wow. You are either a 40-year old posing as a teenager, or you are the most mature, responsible, thoughtful 17-year old on the planet. I'll go with the later
. You have already been through so much with your first pup, and to have the maturity and willpower to wait because you know that's best for a puppy is just amazing. It will be worth the wait and you'll have the best furbaby ever!
Your mom must be soooo proud. And tell her you didn't turn out this way by accident (good job mom)!!
