honestly in my opinion 30 isn't high at all and could very possibly just be a mistake. yours is a tricky situation. you don't want to ignore it but you don't want to panic about it either. If it were me in this situation i'd just change her puppy food to a better quality like wellness, solid gold, nature's variety prairie, taste of the wild... and then retest in 2-3 months.
I have a yorkie with high bile acid test results. she is 4yrs and has had 3 tests done. her latest one is pre 8 and post 70. she doesn't have a single shunt but probably has MVD. i have done no further testing to find out because she doesn't show any signs of illness. I feed her a moderate amount of protein and am starting her on a liver supplement just because it can't hurt. If she ever shows any other signs of MVD i will have it looked into by further testing.
If i were you i'd read up on MVD on here and other sites to gather up as much information as you can. Write down questions and concerns you have and then speak with your vet about the best possible route to take with your puppy based on her health and situation.
