some pups need to have the ears taped... many factors, even personality ... some are too lazy to stand their ears, and some have huge ears that will never stand , even with taping if the ears are way too big and heavy and have lots of hair it is hard to make them stand.
Try to do the classic: Shave the tips of the ears on a "V" shape then use the tape... it works well , but if sometimes you need to do it repeatedly.
