I don't know if this is true, but I've read that part of the problem is that there is something lacking in the diet. Maybe feeding a wider range of foods and supplementing their diet with daily multivitamins would help. That is just something I've read. Luckily, I've never encountered the problem. However, I have also read that they outgrow this, so I guess there is hope.
