Lol. I don't miss it that much, it's hard to explain (except for those dang Arby's, obvs). I grew up on meat and potatoes, but liked carby stuff much more as a kid.

The tempura we have is always very light - you just see a smattering of it, not heavy at all. It doesn't look "breaded".

I don't use any soy or add wasabi to anything at all - I always think it masks all the little nuances of flavor. Don't you think? I don't know why I didn't like the Uni...it was sort of...lol...gelatinous? I think it was a texture issue
