Honestly, this doesn't sound like the greatest situation.
This "breeder" wants someone to train her dog, pay its medical bills and cost of keep and then use him as a stud whenever her heart so pleases, so she can get money out of him but not put anything into him. I personally wouldn't want to be any part of that.
