Agree completely Mary...Living were I do, mosquitos are a threat. A breeder must know when and when not to administer meds to their bitches & puppies. My vet is very anti chemicals, which I truly love, but one must also know for themselves what THEY are doing as well, not just throwing a male & female together and BAM, PUPPIES!
