Once he's yours, she can't really tell you not to neuter him. If She gets mad, too bad, not her Rico anymore! Come up with a plan on how you plan to potty train him, obidence train him, and deal with the neutering issue and then go talk to the hubby. He may be more willing to listen if he sees you have a plan and have thought this through
