Remember, start off slow as a 4 month old puppy it's not going to catch on right away. Reward for good behavior but don't punish her for going in the house, if you catch her in squatting position quickly scoop her up set her outside wait for her to go and give her a treat and tons of praise. If you find a mess left behind clean it up immediatly with an enzyme cleaner. Do not rub her nose in it or punish her in any way, she won't get it and assume that you are an unstable person and wont trust you.
Don't give up hope, since you already have a yorkie I guess you already know how stubborn these little guys/gals can be. Seems that potty training is the hardest part, I've got my 6mo going on pee pads when I can't be home (going to switch to washables or something else since he discovered they are fun to destroy as well as pee on) and when I'm home I take him out every 2-3 hours. He is older now though, before it would be every 1-2 hours or after playing/eating/drinking. The older they get the longer they can hold it. Don't set your expectations too high, this yorkie has definatly been the most difficult dog I've ever had as far as training goes. But at the same time, it's the most rewarding thing when they finally catch on and do what you want them to.
Good luck, there is a ton of good and helpful information on this site that can help you with potty training, and other things as well.
P.s. have you taken her to your vet yet? Definatly do an initial check up, espically since you got her from a pet store, who knows where she may have come from. Puppy mill dogs have a lot of genetic problems, and she may have a health issue that you haven't seen yet. And the barking from the kennel could be directly related to spending most of her young life living in a kennel, she want's to be out and having fun, maybe confine her to an expen or gate her in a puppy proof room in your house instead?
