Been through all the irregular periods, for me it lasted about 2 years, Im 53 and no periods but have night sweats something awful. Not to bad in daytime. Dr says it lasts the normal person about 6 months. I guess Im not normal, been about 3 yrs for this. I tried the herbs, didnt work for me, and hormones were out due to a breast biopsy being abnormal.
