and you just know that poor mommy suffered terribly during that whole ordeal. I hope your neighbor learned a HUGE lesson and never ever does something like that again - AND tells all his friends.
This just needs to be stated over and over - Do NOT breed tiny undersize Yorkies !!!
I just want to cry thinking of what these poor moms go thru so some HUMAN CAN HAVE AN EXTRA SMALL DOG
