For sure, parents look TOO bad to show them. Puppy mill.
NEVER EVER BUY a puppy if a breeder doesn't show parents to you

Also, be careful - they lie!!! I didn't see the parents. I knew, it was VERY bad sign, but she told me that father is in someone house on stud righ now. The mother lives a few blocks away. and this puppy she took as a payment for stud. Later, I found out she is big puppy mill
