I'm waiting for another vet call too, because she is just not acting right. She won't play and is shaking. I was looking at her hot spots last night when I noticed some black circles, and upon a closer look it's dry blood and scabs from scratching. She's also starting to go bald in those areas. I can only imagine the scabs on her face, because she scratches there a lot too, but she has a lot of hair on her face so I can't really see her skin that well. yeah you need to make sure her liver is ok to be taking medications as that is the safest thing to do - if you do blood work do a full panel along with pre and post bile acid testing as the bats test the liver more thoroughly
