So yes, you have changed your mind about your goals many many many times. But at least you admit to some of it. Why it "matters" is because you have really caused some controvery for having your commitment and long term goals questioned. Yet, given that you seem unsure yourself, the concerns seem justified.

Yes we did say we were going to put Cody for sale, but we have put him in doggie daycare and he is doing fine. It was because my mother thought we were busy.

Lastly that APBT, is of course being co-owned by myself with my mother's BF for agility because otherwise she would be a house dog and that is not what the APBT is about, its a working dog.
