You have a pretty good idea of what a pup will grow up to be by looking at parents, but just like size you don't know 100% until the pup is grown up. You can always get a throw back. Maleah was still pure black at a year and started changed around a year and half. She is now still darker, but a very rich blue and gold now at over two. If both parents are dark you usually get dark babies...if both are light the pups are usually light
