I am glad you posted that. I don't like to speak out with out really looking or knowing before I post (that's why I said I didn't know if it was true or not), but I went and searched and found that same site. What's interesting about it, was that it listed the advertised benefits, then also listed the contradictions to the advertised statements so you can decide for yourself if it is right for you.
