I just got off the phone with her. She is attempting to tie off the cord. Placenta was delivered.
Betty, If you're able to read this, as I don't want to call you cause I know you're busy, either put the puppy's butt to the mother's mouth so she can diaper it. Or take a cotton ball or wash cloth that you have wet with warm water and massage the pups anus.
