Your statement that I've bolded, is one that newbies always make. My response to you is: These yorkies are living creatures, so if you plan to breed start out the right way. Making sure that you are breeding to improve the breed, not just for the experience. Whose experience? yours.
Attending shows, learning the breed inside and out, studying canine gentics, reproduction, whelping, raising a litter. Studying pedigrees, finding a great mentor. Obtaining the best breeding stock from a reputable breeder (usually the one that will be your mentor). This takes years of studying before embarking embarking on such a serious journey.
