i have no idea. i can only hope he actually recommends better and tells her she got what she paid for...but i highly doubt it. i'm sure he just tries to keep everyone happy. she's a good client and i'm sure he doesn't want to loose her business over being rude about the purchase...
i swear someday i'd like to be a vet so i can tell people what they really need to hear. she's a nice lady and would have totally listened if someone told her the truth i believe with all my heart she would have.
