My first yorkie (Isabel) was a barker. So, when Addy started out with the barking I started correcting her right away, letting her know that the barking was not going to happen. I was constant with her; telling her 'no bark' and I guess I am lucky, because it has worked.
Although, she does get vocal when she is playing with the cats and I really have to be firm with her. |
