What is cpli? Is that on the bloodwork? I don't see those letters on here. Or is it a different test altogether?
were poops thin before though?

cpli is the most accurate test for pancreatitis. Lipase and Amylase gives you some indication but most accurate is cpli. It is a separate add on to blood work. I would not do it at this point but if she does get worse then I would do that add on if they run blood work again.
