it is a good sign but she needs to rest

If her poops are thin then that means her intestines are inflamed and dogs can have high lipase and amylase with IBD episodes too and IBD dogs have thin poops as it is inflammatory bowel disease. Dogs can also test high on cpli test too with ibd. They can have diarrhea with pancreatitis but more common to have vomitting - sounds like large intestines are the issue since diarrhea.
