Now that I am older and wiser I have no desire to shoot a deer but I would have no problem eating venison, rabbit or squirrel. I like alligator too but I have not had any in a long time. When I lived in Spring, Texas, I used to always get fried alligator at the annual Crawfish Festival. I have had wild hog one time and it was just okay. I love fishing, preferably saltwater. I have not been fishing in years but I hope that changes next year.
