If a "no" isn't going to stop her, then you need something else to interrupt her when she's being naughty. Plus, "no" might be ineffective because she heard it so much in her previous home (just a guess). Have you tried picking her up? I did that with Kaji the first time he tried to mark the couch and it scared him so much he stopped mid stream and gave me a crazy look. It was messy but he got the point.
