I have the Whal Arco Cordless that I have been pretty happy with. It is my first cordless, and all my others have been Osters. The battery lasts a long time, and I've never had any problem with it cutting. Since I've had it for several years, I am not up on many of the newer models, but I like how this one is small and fits nicely in my hand. So, basically for its size it does great. I should add, it is an actual animal clipper. I have never bought a clipper marketed for human hair to use on my dogs. I have seen those recommended here, but I have never bought one. (Shhhh, don't tell, but I have used hubby's trimmer on my dog's bums, and it did great).
