I think my biggest problem with my dentist office (been with them since 99) is that they call to confirm my appointment in the beginning of the month of my appointment, then they email me in the middle of the month, and call AGAIN a few days before my appointment . . .I just don't get it . . .I already told them I'd be there . . .it's just aggravating!
I guess she noticed I was a bit p'o'd about it because my cell just rang and I saw it was the dentist office and I answered "Yes, I know, Friday, 4pm, I'LL BE THERE!"
