She's gonna run first the original complete panel, then look into the pancreas with labs and possible ultrasound. I have to call her at 4pm to see if he stablized with the IV's., She said if he needs them during the night she is gonna take him home with her to run the fluids. She doesn't want him to be alone and lose him. I told her do everything you can but if it's cancer we then stop it all. I am so crushed beyond words right now. I always swear I am never gonna get another animal because of the heartache that comes at the end of the road. The house just feels so empty without him. I'll keep you posted, I need to drown my sorrows in coffee....
awe girl hang in there. You need to keep the faith please he needs you to think positive right now and you go see him as much as you can as he needs to know you are there and you are fighting with him as dogs do better when you go see them and fight harder. I am sure they will find out what is going on so please keep the faith and keep us posted as you find out more info.

Ask about plasma transfusion it cost about $290 - if the protein is down and the calcium and the cholesterol this could be ple and plasma can help sometimes more than hepastarch

Do not give up as if ple or something else there are alot of things that can help and I can refer you to other owners where their dogs were sick and doing well and they can help you

I really doubt this is cancer as cancer really does not run in this breed but I think it could be some of the other things below that run in this breed. Ask her to please rule out those others as i know they run in this breed.

I will log on at work and be here for you today but please be strong I have been where you are today and i know it is hard but hang in there as my dog is alive and well 4 years later. If this gets beyond your vet then you take your dog to a specialty hospital immediately as that is what finally saved my dogs life.
