I have a 2 yr old male Yorkie, Krefflo. I notice a swollen spot beside his anus . Its a purple color, hard knot like a marble. He is not acting funny or acting like it hurts. I took a warm washcloth and washed his backside carefully, slightly pushing against it. It doesnt seem to bother him at all. I am worried that it might be an anal glad and might rupture. Is there anything I need to do for this. Its Saturday and my vet is closed. I have no problem taking him if we need to go, but he is in no pain and I was hoping someone could tell me what I can do , if anything. He is my little baby boy and I want to avoid discomfort if at all possible. I would be so thankful if someone could give me some advice. Thank you!
