Yes, very good advice. In addition to saying "no bite" or yelping, I would either offer an appropriate thing to bite or immediately break eye contact, stand up, and walk away depending on the severity of the bite. If it hurts, do the latter. Ignore him up for 1 to 3 minutes (no longer - by then, he has forgotten what he did wrong).

I don't recommend pushing him away. He interprets that as part of the game.
