I know there is probably very little you can do about it, but fat isn't pure protein, it's fat! Even one small bite of fatty meat can trigger pancreatitis in a Yorkie and when that gets bad and IVs are required, $500-$1000 (or more) may be required to save Yorkie's life (and death is still possible).
