On a recent blazing hot day, I saw two long hair Shihtzus sitting in a car parked in the full sun. The window was barely cracked. Making matters worse, the car was a very small sports model with black leather interiors.
I had Max with me and we were hanging out in the shade of some trees for at least 10 minutes before I realized that there were dogs in this car.
The owner finally returned. She had been shopping in the Vitamin Shoppe.
