If the Frontline Plus is working for you , I wouldn't change products. If not, you could try Revolution, although I think Ruby was having a reaction to the Revolution, that is why I switched to the Frontline Plus.

For any of the products to work the flea has to bite your dog, then the chemical kills the flea. My problem with that is I don't want to see the fleas, at all....period. I want them dead BEFORE they can get to my dogs. So, we treat our yard, I use Adams flea spray on the carpeted areas, wash their bedding once a week (beds that can't be washed I spray with the Adams) and I have been using Frontline Plus on the dogs for any flea that gets by the other treatments. I also use the Adams spray under my couch cushions, just in case any flea larvae are there.

I don't like using ANY chemicals and try to avoid them whenever possible. But, I dislike the fleas even more, so resort to using just what I HAVE to, in order to get rid of them.
