You can run hot water in the tub, then close the door for 15 minutes or so to let it get steamy. I'd let the water out (so she doesn't jump in it) or sit in their with her holding her in a sitting up position, for no longer than 5-10 minutes at a time. My vet said this may be helpful but not to over do it.
