With pneumonia the chest needs to be kept open... Keep her perhaps in your lap with back resting against your chest. No frecking walks outside. Inside okay. You better start hand feeding the little pup - your dam is on antibiotics, and weak. Do you want to lose both?
Massage along the thoracic spine, do gentle tamponade against side ribs. Do passive and very gentle ROM throughout shoulderblades and side ribs. Almost as if your dog was doing the back/front crawl with their shoulderblades.
Dairy not a great idea now as dairy can increase mucus, but you must keep her strength up with whatever she will eat.
I wish you the best , continue to check gums, whites of eyes, etc, and the very first sign of distress bring her in to your VET.
