I am glad your vet is cautious on vaccinating dogs with health issues though. Has your vet ever explained why he does not believe in titering? |
The vet I have used for more than 20 years just has believed in shots every year and basically said he is the vet (not me) and that was his suggestion; however, he is semi-retiring and we are now seeing a younger vet in his practice that seems to be more current on how things seem to be moving towards shots only every 3 years and I believe will be more open to "my" suggestions. Our county's rabies shot is still a yearly requirement, but petitions are being circulated to change this to every 3 years. I will read the link your forwarded. Also, I joined the two memberships you suggested on Yahoo and I can't believe the helpful information that is there, especially concerning proteins, food and treats. Thank you.
