Take a deep breath and relax. If you are anxious and frustrated, your dogs are going to be anxious and frustrated.

If you don't already, work a schedule for feeding, walking, play time, etc. Structure is a calming influence.

I agree with advice given above to feed the dogs at the same time, but not in the same place. Someone who has experience adding a puppy can advise better, but maybe put the puppy in an xpen with food, and your older boy outside the xpen with his food? I separated my boys with a baby gate at meal times in the beginning, but my second dog was already 8 months old when I brought him home.
