Patti just called. She asked for a new vet and got one who has been very thorough and answering any questions. It is her left knee that is out and won't go back in because of inflammation. He said the Hip and ALC felt okay, but the Xray could tell more. He will read the XRay and also leave it for the guys to read in the morning. Patti is very impressed with him. He told her she should see her ortho and that this doesn't necessarily mean surgery...that when the inflammation goes away, it could pop back in on it's own.
Patti will most likely start a thread in Sick/emergency when she returns home. She thanks all of you for your help, concern and prayers. Poor little Pixie. |
